Thanksgiving is upon us!  And we at the Dave Oswald Homes Team have a lot to be thankful for.  Our team is healthy and providing excellent customer service for our customers.  Our clients are numerous and continue to be our driving factor for why we do what we do.  And the market--albeit low in inventory, continues to offer low rates and prove to us that it's a great time to buy or sell a home.

Some fun Thanksgiving facts:
-Thanksgiving was first celebrated in 1621 and you can bet their was no turkey on the menu!
-Thanksgiving became a National Holiday in 1863 when President Abraham Lincoln signed it into law.
-Americans will eat 46 million turkeys this year!
-Macy's Thanksgiving Parade began in 1924.

Now for what's going on in the Metro this weekend!
