He is passionate about the people in his life. That explains a lot about his personal and business achievements. A successful corporate career as the president & chief executive officer of a Minnesota based, international franchise organization ended with the sale of that company. Afterward, Dave was able to enjoy the pursuit of other personal and business interests. Real estate intrigued him. Combining that with his enthusiasm for helping people achieve their goals and dreams made for the start of what has become a second successful career. As a member of the Coldwell Banker Burnet’s esteemed International President’s Elite, Dave is ranked in the top 1.5% of Minnesota’s real estate professionals.
His personal, community and business networks are expansive, as is his knowledge of the Twin Cities real estate market. His clients plainly see Dave loves what he does! He serves the single-family residential market as well as the needs of real estate investors. Clients enjoy his upbeat perspective on life and benefit from his tenacious “don’t-give-up” attitude, his leadership skills and negotiating ability. They respect his unwavering personal integrity. Clients and friends (well…most of them) also appreciate his slightly wacky sense of humor. Dave is happily married to his high school sweetheart, Joan. Their daughters are married adults and the Oswald clan is a growing, extended family. He is active in his local church in a variety of ministries, serves on the board of directors of a non-profit organization serving people with disabilities, on the Board of Trustees of the local hospital, and as a leader within his local Rotary Club. Dave enjoys his weekly breakfasts with his granddaughter, traveling with Joan, woodworking projects, cooking for family gatherings and classic car auctions.

Phone: (952) 435-4219Send Joan a message.In 2005, when Dave found himself needing a new assistant, his first choice was his high school sweetheart and wife of 30 years, Joan. He later admitted recruiting her to the job was like asking her to marry him all over again....what if she said 'NO'??
With the promise of shorter days and more time to spend in her garden & with her grandchildren, she gave a resounding "YES". After 12+ years at United Healthgroup as an Executive Administrative Assistant, she traded two hours of daily commuting to being just 12 minutes from the office.
As a licensed Realtor, Joan handles the behind-the-scenes tasks such as getting properties listed, posting them to the various marketing sites, maintaining the DaveOswaldHomes website and working closely with clients & team members. Occasionally, she shows homes to Buyers when Dave's calendar is full. Joan brings her outgoing personality and positive attitude to work every day and thoroughly enjoys the "family business."
Working closer to home has also afforded Joan the opportunity to pursue the dream of becoming a Dakota County Master Gardener. Since completing the course in 2007, Joan has spent many hours volunteering and serving on the Advisory Board. In her ‘spare time’ you’ll find her with her grandchildren, "crafting", singing on the Worship Team at Hosanna! Church and tending to her many gardens around the house.

If you happen to be on the lake when muskie season opens you’ll probably see him standing in a boat with a long pole in his hands, the lure of the hunt is intoxicating...the largest fish weighed more than his kids. He continues the hunt for an even bigger fish in order to win the Muskie Fishing Tournament one year!
With over 16 years experience in new home construction and home remodeling as a master tile and stone setter with his own business, Chad has learned that patience and skill make for a satisfied client. He continued schooling at Winona State University in Winona and become a tile setter in 1994. Chad is proud of his many accomplishments in life but his most outstanding life role has been that of father to Olivia, Gloria, and Oliver. Along with his wife Sarah, they all currently live in Bloomington.

With knowledge of real estate sales and practices, as well as construction processes and accounting, she represents a well-rounded field of support for the team.
Giving of oneself in service is the definition of a volunteer and serving others is displayed in many of Jeannette’s activities. In May of 2000 she became involved in Toastmasters, an organization focusing on communication, leadership, and public speaking. Her passion for life-improving skills led her to become their Lieutenant Governor of Marketing in 2004, selling the Toastmaster club concept to local corporations as a way to enrich their employees’ job performance and job satisfaction. In 2005, as the Lieutenant Governor of Education and Training, she earned the Excellence in Education Award from Toastmasters International. By 2006 Jeannette had been elected as District Governor for District 6 Toastmasters, encompassing Minnesota and Northwestern Ontario with over 5,000 members.
Because of her zeal and passion for service, she became the Board Chair and Housing Director for Life ReBuilders…an organization that provides sober housing to men coming out of drug and alcohol treatment programs. She was also an Advisory Board member for Midwest Challenge, a halfway program that provides a safe and supportive drug and alcohol free environment for men to put their lives back together and become productive members of their communities. Currently Jeannette serves on the board of Community Care which is a food distribution program for food shelves and shelters in and out of Dakota County.
Putting Faith and Family at the top of her priorities, Jeannette is a member of Crossroads United Methodist Church in Lakeville and volunteers as a greeter. Her 2 sons are married and have blessed her with 5 grandchildren who bring her unending joy.

A committed professional, she has been a licensed real estate agent in Minnesota and Florida since 2005. But, it is the “human side” of a successful closing with Marie that typically yields those smiles which, in turn, fuel her passion for helping people through the process of a real estate purchase or sale.
Raised on a farm in Wisconsin, Marie graduated from LaCrosse State University and taught elementary physical education for 17 years. She and husband Garry have two adult sons and three grandchildren. They have lived south of the Minnesota River for 38 years including a combined 25 years living on Crystal Lake and Lake Marion. Marie has first hand knowledge of each of those special lake communities.
Marie spends much of her free time volunteering at the Minnesota Valley Humane Society and fosters pets in transition. The hardest part for her is saying goodbye as the pets move into permanent homes. Marie and Garry enjoy water sports, restoring 60’s era classic cars and going to car shows. They also look forward to their trips to Florida in the winter, where she puts her Florida real estate license to good use in the Gulf Region from Tampa Bay to Fort Myers.
